Crazy For Crayfish

You’re getting the best in the business when you bring in Crawdad’s! for your event. We know our way around a crawfish boil, which means the ins and outs and what makes prepping, cooking, and eating mudbugs such a special event. Our crawfish boil approach starts with the fresh method. Crawdad’s! doesn’t cook in advance; everything is done on the day of your event. We ship in pounds of fresh crawfish directly from Louisiana to ensure you and your guests get to enjoy clean, lively, and healthy crawfish. Our own hands handle each crawfish at our custom cleaning station. You’ll be able to watch the arduous process as we sort and wash them there, pulling out any debris and dead ones. Once we finish sorting and washing, they’ll get a final wash, and then onto the boiler they go! Our boiling method is done in three stages:

• Stage One: we boil the crawfish in heavily seasoned water
• Stage Two: we soak them in more seasoned water, so the flavor gets completely absorbed.
